Thank you for choosing the travel products and services of Seyahaty Company. By booking any trip or service through our website or through any of our online or offline channels, you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.
Our platform is intended for individual reservations. If six (6) or more rooms are booked within a single reservation or multiple related reservations, such booking will be considered a group booking and may be subject to different rates and policies as determined by hotels or suppliers.
The platform must be used for genuine reservations only. Seyahaty Company reserves the right to cancel any booking suspected of being made for temporary holding, visa purposes, or any non-genuine intent.
Duplicate bookings may be subject to charges on all reservations.
By completing a reservation, the customer is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of the hotel or supplier in addition to Seyahaty Company’s terms.
Hotel classifications, descriptions, amenities, and related information are provided for guidance only. Seyahaty Company shall not be held responsible for their accuracy as they are supplied by third-party providers.
Special requests such as early check-in, late check-out, room preferences, bedding types, or extra beds are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
All prices displayed are net prices and include applicable indirect taxes (if any), unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation.
Seyahaty Company reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of changes in government taxes, fees, or supplier charges.
If credit facilities are granted to a client, the terms of the signed credit agreement with Seyahaty Company shall govern invoicing, payments, penalties, and dispute resolution.
Payments may be made via:
1- Hotels and Individual Services
2- Travel Packages
3- No-Show
Services and itineraries may be modified due to circumstances beyond the company’s control, including but not limited to:
Check-in and check-out times are governed by the hotel’s policies.
Any additional charges resulting from extended stays or non-included services shall be borne by the customer.
Hotels may require a security deposit, refundable upon check-out after deducting incidental charges.
Seyahaty Company shall not be responsible for any losses resulting from accidents, illness, injury, loss of personal belongings, or trip cancellation.
Customers are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance.
All website content, including text, images, logos, and information, is the property of Seyahaty Company and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
All pricing, data, and information provided to customers are confidential and must not be disclosed to any third party.
Confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of the business relationship.
Seyahaty Company reserves the right to cancel reservations or terminate services immediately in case of breach of confidentiality.
Seyahaty Company acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, and tourism suppliers).
The company shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from the acts or omissions of such third parties.
The company shall also not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
In any case, the maximum liability of Seyahaty Company shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking in question.
All intellectual property rights related to content and services remain the exclusive property of Seyahaty Company and may not be used outside the agreed scope of service.
Seyahaty Company is committed to protecting customer data and will only use personal information for service delivery purposes.
Seyahaty Company complies with all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them.
